- How do I check in?
- We send detailed check-in instructions the day before arrival. Most homes use a keyless smart lock with a code unique to your stay, so you can head straight to the mountain.
- What if something comes up during my stay?
- Call or message us directly — we keep someone on call throughout every stay and can usually have help on-site within the hour.
- Are your homes pet-friendly?
- Some are, some aren't. Each property page calls it out, and if you're travelling with a pet just ask — we'll point you to the right home.
- I own a home in Aspen or Snowmass. How do I list it with you?
